1. Introduction

Welcome to Perryman Mobile Mechanic ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile mechanic services ("Services"). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide on-site vehicle repair and maintenance services at your specified location. All services are performed by our qualified mechanics. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, location accessibility, or services beyond our scope.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system. A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our Services will be provided to you upfront. The final price may vary if additional issues are discovered during the inspection. We will not perform any additional work without your explicit approval. Payment is due in full upon completion of the Services. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as indicated.

5. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on parts and labor for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by other failing parts. Our liability is limited to the cost of the original repair.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perryman Mobile Mechanic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
